The journey

Below is a similar recovery plan I used when I was faced with the diagnosis of high grade prostate cancer 3 years ago. I had already been living with a lifetime bipolar condition which I had been managing with medication, but this came with a serious potential side effect that could permanently damage my kidneys.

I received some sort of almighty download on the day of my diagnosis which lead to a non-invasive approach.

The download made me feel at ease, calm and totally focused, and I had total trust in the protocol. This was an ongoing process that encouraged me to do my own research, which I consumed more and more on a daily basis. The more I discovered, the more I trusted the natural route.

It has now been 3 years since the diagnosis and I'm cancer free and I haven't taken medication to manage bipolar in 2 years. This is a testimony when giving your body the correct conditions, the body and mind will pay you back and will heal itself.

The structure of the meal plan can be used for many conditions that are raverging humans across continents, due to the poor conditions we find ourselves faced with in these times. Poor food quality, poor water, poor air quality and the list goes on. This protocol is still a working progress that can be developed for specific conditions.

The meal plan below are just ideas that can be altered, just be creative and be aware of the discipline that is required. This structure will do wonders after 6 to 8 weeks (No wavering). Your intake of food is in the top 3 of importance along with mindset and sleep.

The continuation of the protocol was specific to my conditions, but I have found with the extensive research I have done over the last few years, a tweak/alignment can be made to adjust to a specific condition.

Just to be transparent, I transitioned to a vegan diet on the day of my diagnosis, this is not essential, but in my situation the cleaner the intake the better the results. be aware that most convenient foods are not that healthy for the body, so I encourage anyone that takes this onboard, to cook single ingredient products that are fresh and organic.

WHY THIS SCHEDULE WORKS

Strengths in consistency (and why this plan backs it):

• Intermittent fasting stabilises insulin + mental clarity

• Two meals → easy compliance, no snacking

• Red meat + liver → deep mineral restoration (iron, zinc, B12, retinol)

• Fermented veg → gut repair + digestion

• No sugars or seed oils → inflammation drastically reduced

• Olive oil cold only → protects polyphenols, avoids oxidation

• Strict sleep timing → hormones regulate properly

• Meditation → lowers cortisol, aids fat loss and recovery.

Treatment Cure: The products below were taken after intense research for the conditions I had. Specific administration was structured.

Methylene Blue:

Immune System Modulation & Strengthening

Contains powerful compounds like polysaccharopeptides (PSK & PSP) that help activate and regulate immune cells (T-cells, NK cells), supporting the body’s defence against infections and abnormal cell growth.

• Gut Health & Microbiome Support

Acts as a natural prebiotic, feeding beneficial gut bacteria and improving microbiome balance, which is linked to better digestion, immunity, and overall health.

• Potential Anti-Cancer Support Properties

Widely studied for its role as a complementary therapy in cancer care, helping enhance immune response, reduce treatment side effects, and support the body in targeting tumour cells.

Nebulised/Nasal Spray diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide

• Oxygenates the body at the cellular level: It rapidly breaks down into water and singlet oxygen, flooding cells with oxygen to create an aerobic environment where anaerobic viruses, bacteria, pathogens, and cancer cells cannot survive, while healthy cells thrive.

• Eliminates or cures a wide range of diseases: Effectively treats and often cures cancer, AIDS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, hepatitis, herpes, asthma, COPD, and many other chronic and degenerative conditions by addressing the root cause of oxygen deficiency.

• Rapidly clears respiratory and infectious illnesses: When used as a nasal spray or nebulized, it quickly resolves colds, flu, sinus infections, pneumonia, bronchitis, and other lung issues by killing germs on contact and oxygenating respiratory tissues, often showing major improvement within minutes to days.

• Detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system: Oxidizes and removes toxins, heavy metals, and waste products while stimulating white blood cell production and enhancing overall immune function for disease prevention and faster healing.

• Increases energy, mental clarity, and overall vitality: Improves circulation, reverses daily oxidative damage to the brain, enhances memory, focus, and concentration, reduces inflammation, and promotes anti-aging effects, leading to higher energy levels and better quality of life.

Fenbendazole

• Anti-cancer effects — Many report it disrupts cancer cell metabolism, induces apoptosis, and has helped shrink tumours or achieve remission in prostate, lung, breast, and other cancers, even in aggressive or metastatic cases.

• Anti-parasitic action — Effectively eliminates a broad range of parasites, worms, and hidden infections that some believe contribute to chronic illness and immune suppression.

• Immune system support — Users describe improved immune response, reduced inflammation, and better overall resilience after consistent use.

• Metabolic and energy benefits — Found to normalise cell energy production, reduce fatigue, and support mitochondrial function, leading to higher daily energy levels.

• Neurological and mood improvements — Anecdotal reports link it to better mental clarity, reduced brain fog, and mood stabilization—some, like yourself, have noted major shifts in long-standing conditions such as bipolar disorder.

Ivermectin

• Anti-cancer effects — Users report it targets cancer cells through multiple pathways, helps shrink tumours, and has contributed to remission in various cancers, including prostate, lung, and others, especially when stacked with Fenbendazole.

• Anti-parasitic powerhouse — Eliminates a wide range of parasites and hidden infections that some believe fuel chronic disease and suppress the immune system.

• Immune modulation and anti-inflammatory action — Calms overactive inflammation, supports immune balance, and is said to improve overall resilience against illness.

• Neurological and mood benefits — Anecdotal reports link it to better mental clarity, reduced brain fog, and mood stabilisation—some users note significant improvements in long-term conditions.

• General vitality and wellness — Many reports describe increased energy, faster recovery from illness, and an overall sense of improved health when used in low-dose, ongoing protocols.

Protocol

Mindset is so IMPORTANT in programming your mind and body. Doubt can and will program negative energy. Work on yourself minute by minute to evaluate your positivity, use prayer, meditation, laughter, love and trust yourself, walking in nature; all of these are good ideas. You can always talk to me, for a  pick me up.

So to be clear - Ivermectin 15mg three times per week (this can be increase once we assess the first 2 weeks to 4 times). Take after food. (With water and some lemon).

One puppet of Methylene Blue morning or lunchtime or evening everyday. Squeeze onto tongue and let it absorb and swallow gently.

Hydrogen Peroxide (food grade 12%), diluted with food grade distilled water made up in nasal spray or administered in a nebuliser. Mist and breathe in twice a day.

With your evening meal take Fenbendazole 220mg 5 days per week. (Weekends no administration).

Bicarbonate of soda (Aluminium & bulking agent free), half a teaspoon in carbonate water and a squeeze of lemon 2 times per day (Morning & Evening).

Vitamins & Minerals

Selenium - get this from consuming Brazil nuts -  3 or 4 every other day.

Magnesium & Zinc

There are other natural herbs that can be added to certain protocols.

Morning Sun gazing and grounding- you have to plug into the Earth - When or if the sun is out, you go out 15 min sessions, shoes and socks off on the grass and stir at the sun or close to the sun if you are a little sensitive.

Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy - 2 sessions would be advised.

There’s a good one in Nottingham at the Multiple Sclerosis Society that just requires you to register as a member and then the sessions are between £15/£20 per session.

Yoga or Pilates could be a good introduction, if you have the time.

Breathe - watch a video on breathing and practice daily for 10 min.

High dose Vitamin C drip ( these can be expensive, so this is not a necessity, but it might be worth enquiring). I know that Glasshouse Chemist (Nottingham) do these in their therapy studio.

No Fluoride toothpaste - there’s so many good non Fluoride toothpaste out there now.

No tap water - Ideally filtered or bottled
