This is usually quick to fix. Try the steps below:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Verification emails can sometimes be filtered automatically.

Search for:

  • bfwings

  • The Butterfly Whisperer

 

2. Wait a moment and try again

The code can take up to 1–2 minutes to arrive.

If it doesn’t appear:

  • Click “Resend code”

  • Avoid requesting multiple codes too quickly

 

3. Make sure your email address is correct

Even a small typo will prevent delivery.

If unsure:

  • Go back

  • Re-enter your email carefully

 

4. Check for email blocking
