Lost
[Intro]
A winter’s day in Ezvha forest,
the freezing air and virgin snow.
Not a whisper could disturb the silence.
But then a rumble came from deep below.
[Bridge]
Out in the wilderness all alone,
No fur lined coat to keep her warm
Her family’s divided,
her shivering heartbeat,
Drowns out her emotional storm.
[Pre-Chorus]
Washing at night, in dusk’s dwindling light,
trying to dissolve all her childhood tears
Knowing her mother was the only wall
holding back her deepest fears.
[Interlude]
Every snow flake that falls,
is an emotional roll call,
awakening her rudimentary senses
Sometimes it’s much harder to rebuild bridges,
than put up emotional fences.
[Chorus]
Washing at night, in dusk’s dwindling light,
trying to dissolve all her childhood tears
Knowing her mother was the only wall
holding back her deepest fears.
If you are ever afraid of ghostly shadows
when laying in your bedroom all alone
Remember courage! it’s what keeps you strong,
it is the light that guides you home!
It's the light that guides you home.
The light that guides you home.
[Outro]
